Breakfast is a nutritious way to start out your day. Eating breakfast refuels your body, enhances your mood, improves your concentration, helps you maintain a healthy weight and is the foundation of a healthy diet. Always take a proper breakfast, which is full of Proteins and healthy fats and fiber to keep you an energetic full day or until your lunch time.

Skipping the breakfast is better than having breakfast like this. Items which you should include in your Breakfast would be – Eggs, Green Tea, Peanut Butter, Poha, Milk and bread, Oats & much more. It all varies from people to people what they intend to have in their Breakfast. This type of Breakfast is easy to prepare so that busy people even can prepare this type of Breakfast in very few minutes.

Healthy snacks in your Backpack

Busy people ignore their hunger and end up reaching for the nearest thing to snack one, which often is not the healthiest choice. With activities such as running from class to class, going to meetings, going to the gym, and working, it’s hard to find time to sit down and eat. Always keep fruits, nuts & dried fruits, Peanut butter crackers in your backpack and have it when you are free.

7 Minute Workout

The regular physical activity offers a wide range of health benefits, including a lower risk of heart disease and osteoporosis, as well as better sleep and improved job performance. Stress can have an insanely negative impact on health, and by doing small workout your mind will be fresh which will reduce the stress. One of the most common mental benefits of exercise is stress relief. Working up a sweat can help manage physical and mental stress.

Normally busy people don’t have time to do daily exercise for 1 or 2 hours, So here in this case where you want to be fit but have no time so you can do daily 7-minute exercise. This 7-minute exercise includes – Jumping Jack, Wall Sit, Push Up, Step up onto Chairs, Squat, Triceps dips on a chair, Plank, High knees running in place, Lunge, Push up and rotation, Side Plank.

Schedule Break of 20 seconds

In simple words, one should take a 20 Second break after working 20 minutes on a computer screen. In that 20 second break, you need to focus on an object 20 feet away. This will give a helpful boost to your eyes. This principle is also known as 20-20- 20 principles.

Set a schedule and stick to it.

Schedule places an important role in our day to day life. A schedule or a timetable, as a basic time-management tool, consists of a list of times at which possible tasks, events, or actions are intended to take place. By setting the Schedule of your work helps to maintain the quality of your work and also it will benefit for your mental health.
